Closing letter
To every girl reading this,
you do not need permission to become who you are.
you do not need approval to exist as you are.
you do not need to be less to finally feel like enough.
you already are.

Acknowledgements
There are people who shape you in ways you only begin to understand much later, in quiet realizations, in moments where you recognise parts of yourself that did not come from nowhere, and this book carries those traces.
To my parents, for everything you gave me, seen and unseen, for the strength, the values, the lessons that stayed with me even when I did not realise I was learning them, for shaping me into someone who could sit with herself long enough to understand what needed to be said.
To my family, for being a constant in ways that mattered more than words could hold.
To the people who stood beside me, who listened, who showed up, who reminded me, even without trying, that I was not alone in the things I felt or the questions I carried.
And to every version of myself that made it here, the ones that stayed quiet, the ones that questioned, the ones that felt too much, the ones that kept going anyway, this exists because you did.
To every girl reading this,
you do not need permission to become who you are.
you do not need approval to exist as you are.
you do not need to be less to finally feel like enough.
you already are.
